'Two' Cute

We just returned from a long weekend in California where we were reunited with friends, siblings, nieces, nephews, grandparents, aunts and uncles. It was so much fun and lovely to see everybody again. For those whom we didn't see, we missed you and hope to see you soon! One of the special moments for me was meeting Brody, our nephew. He was born 4 days earlier than Amelia and is just beautiful and so mellow. I am excited that Amelia has a cousin the same age. Her other cousins Nicole and Jacob had fun entertaining Amelia too, she just seemed to love all of the attention. Of course, there were photo opportunities galore, so here are a few of Amelia and Brody. Aren't they just adorable together?

Watch for more photo's of our trip, coming soon!

Bounce Baby Bounce!

Amelia's legs are getting very strong and she loves to try and stand, so we bought her a new toy, the Bright Stars 'Bounce Bounce Baby', it is wonderful and Amelia loves it, the best part is, we can move the bottom part lower as her legs get longer so hopefully she won't outgrow it for some time. Here are some photographs of her having fun!

So many toys...

I cannot believe it has been 18 days since my last post. Perhaps a testament to how busy life has been lately. Last week I spent 4 days in Sunriver, Oregon, for a work conference, what a beautiful place.

Of course, I missed my husband and darling daughter Amelia tons, it was my birthday whilst I was gone and Matthew had given me a birthday card to take with me, when I opened it, he had drawn around Amelia's hand, such a precious thing to do.

Anyway, life is now back to normal and I am enjoying being a mum so much. Amelia is wonderful, I know I say this all the time, but I feel so blessed and could not imagine life without her. She was 5 months old yesterday and just gets cuter and cuter every day. She loves to chew everything and anything she can get a hold of and is even talking (of course in her own language), here are a few photo's of her with some of her toys:

She loves her little lamb - well it's actually as big as she is...

How many more toys can she chew at one time?

The new trend...who needs a hat?

A serious moment with Max...

Check back again soon for more photo's of Amelia in her new Bounce, Bounce Baby Activity Gym.

Bye for now!!!
